B.L.U.E. NOVA (Game) Guidelines
for Use of Copyrighted Content
At GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), we want to support the activities of everyone who enjoys B.L.U.E. NOVA (hereinafter referred to as "users"). We ask that users comply with these guidelines when using copyrighted content from B.L.U.E. NOVA, and hope users enjoy creating fan art, rearranging BGM, publishing strategy guides, live streaming, or posting cosplay photos alongside playing the game.
Copyrights for B.L.U.E. NOVA
All rights to any content related to B.L.U.E. NOVA (including programs, game content, images, text, BGM, videos, live stream footage, characters, etc; hereinafter referred to as "copyrighted content") belong to the company or the rights holder who has authorized usage of said content. As such, users may use copyrighted content only if they comply with these guidelines.
License to Use Copyrighted Content
Permission to use copyrighted content is granted only if the following conditions are met.
1. Use must be for personal, non-commercial purposes falling under the scope of a hobby (by an individual or an unincorporated association).
*Use of the YouTube/Twitch partner programs or advertisements (such as pre-roll ads) on other video-sharing websites, is not considered a commercial purpose and is not prohibited.
Examples of Permitted Usage
- Gameplay videos, commentary videos, and live streams created by the user
- Creating, displaying, and posting videos that include footage from official B.L.U.E. NOVA videos (such as promotional videos), videos edited from said videos (such as clip videos), and videos aimed at providing strategy/explanation related to the game
- Creating, posting, displaying, and distributing fan fiction, manga, and illustrations
- Making cosplay costumes, as well as participating in events and engaging in activities in cosplay (such as posting photos/videos)
- Creating, displaying, and posting data of performances or music created by transcribing by ear or arranging original B.L.U.E. NOVA music
- Use at events for which permission has been granted by the company
*These guidelines do not apply to the use of copyrighted content related to SNIVPA.

2. Use must not violate the "Prohibited Content" set forth in these guidelines
3. Include the following copyright notice in the description section of the platform used to post, or in an appropriate place in your submission.
Use of copyrighted content for content that falls under, or may fall under, any of the following is prohibited. If you fail to comply, the company may contact you directly and request that you take down the content.
Prohibited Content
- Content that may damage the perception or reputation of B.L.U.E. NOVA
- Content that promotes misconduct and interferes with the operation of the service, such as exploiting bugs or spreading cheats
- Defamatory content targeting other individuals or companies, or content that interferes with their business operations
- Content that infringes on the trademark rights, copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights of third-party content
- Content that may endorse or promote crimes, antisocial conduct, or other acts that violate laws or regulations
- Content that gives the impression of it being affiliated with the company or its related parties
- Content that discriminates against or could be interpreted as advocating discrimination based on a specific race, belief, religion, gender, social status, etc.
- Content containing excessively violent, obscene, or sexual depictions
- Any other content that is against public order and morals, or content the company deems inappropriate
